I just wanted to write a short note to tell you how happy I am with the livestock and the exceptional service you provided. BTW, FedEx now has an automated notification system up and running. When a "hold for pickup"order is checked in at the final destination the notification system is automatically activated. It sure will eliminate human error. Now if they can just get the city and street pronunciation right....
